All the comforts of home while you're away from home. Come enjoy a newly built beach house (2008) just a short walk from beautiful Popham Beach - one of Maine's most beautiful and expansive beaches, one hour north of Portland, Maine.
The cottage offers all the creature comforts including eat-in kitchen with breakfast nook, open-concept living and dining room, 3 bedrooms including a first-floor master with ensuite and walk-in closet, 1 den that converts to bedroom with privacy doors and a sofa bed, and 2 additional bathrooms.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our screened in back porch or watch the kids returning from the beach on one of our front porch rocking chairs.
The home is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, including kitchenware, a washer and dryer, sheets, bath towels, beach towels, beach bags, sand toys, kayaks, charcoal grill, board games and puzzles.
Popham Village is a peaceful, quaint beach community. The home and community are ideal for peaceful relaxation with friends and family.
We are not close to public transportation. Travel by car is the only means to access our home. We have parking at the house for up to 4 cars comfortably.
